It may be a little harder to stick to a diet and exercise during the holidays, but it’s surely not impossible. The whole notion of overeating throughout the holidays and then making a New Year’s resolution to lose it all is not very productive, and has you starting off the year with an uphill battle to fight. You don’t have to deprive yourself; it’s just a matter of being sensible and moderate so that you won’t have to worry about losing twenty extra pounds when January rolls around!
